No new blocks, no new creatures — version 0.7.6 is an update for the engine room. The entire server-side stack (game server, web portal, launcher, tooling) now runs on .NET 10 LTS instead of .NET 8 — supported until the end of 2028, instead of running out at the end of this year. While moving, we also cleared out a known security vulnerability in the bundled SQLite database library. Nothing changes for you — the game ships its own runtime, and the launcher updates as usual.

And one bug is history: on some installs (locally built, or a portable version copied over an old one), singleplayer clung to an ancient config file — and stubbornly kept starting on the old grey rock planet, even though more varied starting worlds have been around for a while. We noticed during testing when the starting world came up grey yet again. Singleplayer now ignores such leftovers and always starts with current settings.

If you run your own server via Docker: just pull the new image and you're done. And the official worlds are now running on 0.7.6 as well. 🚀
