Anyone who has explored a planet as a pair knows the problem: one of you found the copper, the other is three valleys away and walking. From today the suit teleporter asks where to — and "to you" is one of the answers. Plus factories that finally look like factories, several outfits in the Avatar Designer, and a big push for everyone playing with touch or a gamepad. 📡

The teleporter now asks where to. Right-click the suit teleporter and a small picker opens: Back to ship as before — and below it every ally who is on the same planet right now, with their distance when they're in view. Tap one and you're standing next to them. Ships stay private (nobody jumps into someone else's ship), and the server re-checks alliance, planet, energy and the shared 30-second cooldown on every jump. If you host a world for friends, the new world rule Starter teleporter for everyone hands each newcomer one right away. And the admin command /tpp no longer drops you inside the other player but beside them. 🤝

Factories look like factories. Until now that was two big grey boxes in a room — housing, pipes and terminal simply had no texture. All three have real tiles now, the housings got a plinth, glass inspection windows, a work strip in front and exhaust pipes rising to the ceiling. And you can watch the machines work: a big flywheel spins, a piston hammers onto an anvil, parts ride a belt between rollers — on the front of the housing, instead of hidden inside the pipe block on the roof. On the side, colours from the block definitions finally count: bedrock and the ship markers show the colours they were meant to have. Existing worlds get the new look on next load. 🏭

Several outfits in the Avatar Designer. Up to eight named outfits — colours, pixel face, body paint — in the new Outfits panel: save, click to load, rename, delete. Apply is still the only button that actually changes your in-game avatar, so browsing and experimenting is risk-free. 👕

Trading between players looks right now. The trade window was the odd one out: half transparent, minus and plus buttons so tiny their glyphs vanished, no pictures, no Esc. It's a proper dialog now — dimmed backdrop, your inventory as cards with big −/+, a clear "You give / You get" summary, a "ready" badge on each side, Esc or B cancels, the stick walks every control. The trade and docking request prompts got the same coat of paint. 🤝

Touch and gamepad reach every verb now. VEGA could only be advanced with N — on a tablet or with a pad in hand every page stayed up forever. Continue is a real action now: N, Back/View on the pad, a NEXT ▶ button on screen. New on the touchscreen: ROTATE, PLACE and DEPLOY in space (building in EVA by touch wasn't possible at all), MAP, VIEW, ATTACK — and an ACT button that opens a list of everything that applies right now: trade, dock, loot, repair, lamp, thermal, stow the speeder. On the pad L3 opens the same list, and the landing-pad chooser, trade, planet map and flight chart are fully stick-navigable — before, a pad-only pilot couldn't even land. Ship systems now cycle with the mouse wheel, the d-pad or ◄► on screen. 🎮

Two small stragglers. The "craftable" ingredient tag from the last update was clipped by four pixels — not anymore. And the world detail page in the fleet portal, which showed nothing but a database error for every world with a save, works again. On top, ahmdkaml from the community contributed new hardening tests for the server: broken or hostile packets don't throw the server off its stride — now proven. 🩹

Find an ally, press the teleporter — and stand next to them. 📡✨
