Version 2026.10.27 – The backpack update: where did my wood go? 🎒

Yesterday evening, after the explorer update, I played a round myself – and promptly reported a bug that wasn't one. 😅 I cut down a pale birch, and the pale wood log simply didn't show up. And there was still a free slot in the quick-bar!

🎒 The wood was there all along. When you mine something, the game first puts it on a stack you already have. And my stack of pale wood logs was in the backpack. So the quick-bar at the bottom didn't change, even though the little icon flew into it. No wonder it looked like it had vanished.

✨ Now the game tells you where it goes. When a find lands in the backpack, the line above the quick-bar reads, for example, "+1 Pale wood log · in your backpack". The first time, VEGA also explains how to open the backpack and put things on the quick-bar.

🌍 "What's new?" in every language. The news from the explorer update can now be read in the game in all fourteen languages.

💾 Your saves stay as they are. The desktop game updates itself at start, and the browser is always up to date. Have fun collecting! 🚀
