The Crystal Net grows up – and from now on, blocks move! 🚪 A phase block looks like a perfectly normal wall until its wire switches on: then it turns into shimmering air, and your secret door is open. A trapdoor in the floor folds open and you drop right through (the fall never hurts), a bridge motor lays a bridge across the chasm plank by plank, and a piston pushes up to four blocks one step further. The best part is the lift: a lift motor at the bottom of the shaft, a lift stop on every floor – press the stop, the platform comes to you, step on and ride along. 🛗 Don't worry: moving blocks never hurt anyone and never close onto anyone, they simply wait until the way is clear.

💡 There are new devices to tinker with, too. A display shows a symbol, a short text of your own, or counts how often its wire switched on. The dice block lets a pulse through only now and then and sparkles when it does – a button, a dice block and a lamp, and you have a little lucky game. 🎲 A signal receiver copies what its signal sender does anywhere on the same world, no wire needed, and with the remote control you switch it from wherever you are. The environment sensor notices when the air runs out, it gets too hot or too cold, a storm comes or the air turns toxic – and inside your base it even notices when an enemy gets in. The force field, energy fence, campfire, forge, heal tank and flower pot listen to the net now as well, and a fabricator next to a forge smelts ore, while next to a campfire it cooks.

🚀 The Crystal Net now also works in your own ship: switches, lamps, trapdoors and displays run there, and your ship's doors follow the wires – lock a hatch or switch on the light in the corridor. The new ship sensor switches on when the hull is damaged, the shield is empty or the ship has landed. And when you come back, your machines catch up on what they would have done in the meantime (up to an hour), and VEGA tells you what happened. ⏳ By the way, only you and your alliance may use your devices now.

🏛️ Circuits are waiting out in the world, too: every space station has a light switch in its arrival hall, and every third fresh crystal vault hides a small puzzle with two hidden switches and a secret door. The new radio mission "Crystal Workshop" walks you through tinkering in six steps, there are nine new achievements 🏆, and the Codex can show pictures now – circuit diagrams to build yourself, for example.

🔭 After the last playtest we also improved two things. The ship scanner now shows its result as a card on the right of the screen, and the game now clearly tells you to hold the fire button until the ring is full. 🧪 And the bio lab arrives much earlier: it is a starting blueprint now, and right after it you can improve your drill, a weapon or your suit in the "Change" tab. Aboard your ship the bio lab is a ship module you open at the workshop, a new Codex article "Improving Items" explains everything step by step, and every blueprint shows under "Unlocks" what it gets you.

The network protocol goes to version 10, so game and server must both be on 2026.10.5 (the desktop game updates itself on start, the browser version is always current). Because twenty new blocks arrive, your save is updated once on the first start – the game makes a backup first. The terrain generation stays at 20, so your worlds look the way they did. All new texts are available in all 14 languages. Have fun tinkering! 🔧
